Below are a few items of interest that we will implement this season.

After two years, we’re increasing our cleaning rates. Our new rates are valid through the 2024/2025 seasons. If you have not received your new cleaning rate via e-mail, please contact us via our chat line or phone call to be updated about the latest prices. You can find our Linen Rental rates here if you require those services. Our linen rental rates remain the

same!

Payments for invoices are due upon receipt. We offer many payment methods for your convenience, such as Debit/Credit cards (kept on file if you want), ACH, Venmo, and Zelle. We primarily accept electronic payments, but please inform us if you intend to pay via check.

If you would like to make monthly payments (instead of weekly/bi-weekly), since we employ a large staff that is paid weekly, it’s imperative to make your monthly payment in advance. In the case of three delinquent invoices, your account will be suspended until your balance is paid in full to include a 5% late fee.

We always do our best to assist you with managing damage or missing items. However, it’s important to understand that these aspects are property management responsibilities. Without our professional inspection, Clean House, Happy Home will not be held liable in situations where damage or missing items went unreported due to us not being aware of these situations. We’re always here to ensure that your home will be clean and safe for the next guest, and our team will make general observations to ensure everything is intact.

We always maintain extra supplies of shower curtain liners, batteries, light bulbs, and a few sizes of mattress pads. If you need to replace any of these items, it will be a pleasure for us to help for a small fee.
