We utilize a comprehensive checklist to ensure that all aspects of your investment (cleaning, maintenance, functionality) remain in top condition. Our keen eye on the little details will guarantee your guests a phenomenal experience and you an inevitable 5-star review.
When selecting this service, you will receive a detailed report during each guest check-out with images of how the guest left your property. Additionally, we will provide an update on all the rooms and the functionality of the washer, dryer, television, and other electronic devices. Lastly, we will report on items that require replacing or repair. We can resolve minor issues such as changing light bulbs and replacing kitchen utensils, coffee makers, toasters, and shower curtains/liners in many cases. Customers will incur a service fee if we are to replace or change any of the items mentioned.
The Short Rental Inspection Service is not mandatory. It is an optional service we provide to give you peace of mind.
